An absolute ripper and the perfect enduro machine, the 2021 Intense Carbine is a big-wheeled, long-travel bike designed for aggressive riding. With an enduro optimized carbon fiber frame, 155mm of JS Tuned Link suspension, slack but balanced geometry and 29-inch wheels, the Carbine inspires confidence on the downhills and is stable, fast and playful. Climbing won’t be a problem either, thanks to the balanced climbing position and the JS Link Tuned suspension which remains active in technical terrain and helps to separate the braking and pedaling forces from the performance of the suspension. This means that not only will the Carbine excel on the downhill but can throw down loads of traction on the ascents and remain incredibly agile. The 2021 Intense Carbine has full internal routing, integrated ISCG05 mounts and Flak Guard frame armor

The Pro build of the 2021 Intense Carbine bike features quality components at a price point other bikes of the same spec just can’t touch. A full Fox Performance Elite suspension set, a mixed Shimano drivetrain and E*thirteen wheels are just a few of the highlights to the 2021 Carbine Pro build that makes this bike such a beast. Soaking up anything the trails can throw at it, the Fox Performance Elite 38 160mm fork is paired together with the Performance Elite X2 rear shock for a premium suspension set that can tear up any downhill. Next, the 12-speed, 11-51 tooth SLX cassette paired with an XT shifter and derailleur makes climbing and riding in rough terrain easy. Intense stuck a pair of E*thirteen LG1 Enduro Race wheels onto the Carbine Pro and paired them with premium Maxxis DHF and DHR II tires for a wheel and tire combo that can shred like no one’s business. Lastly, when you are flying downhill and should probably slow down, you will be calm and collected with Shimano’s XT four-piston brakes, which have excellent stopping power and instill confidence in sketchy terrain.
