A BUDGET-FRIENDLY RACK FOR TWO
Hitch racks are one of the most efficient and safest ways to transport your bike from one place to the other. There are several types of hitch racks, but one of the best types of hitch racks support the wheels and have no contact with the frame. The RockyMounts WestSlope 2 Bike Hitch Rack is a budget-friendly rack that can carry up to 2 bikes. The frame body of the WestSlope is sloped to create a tiered mounting arrangement that eliminates handlebar interference between the two bikes. The wheel hook is soft and the ratcheted swingarm provides a secure fit with no frame contact. It has a carrying capacity of 80 pounds, or 40 pounds each, and it can carry tires up to 3.0" wide and diameters ranging from 20" to 29". It will fit wheelbases from 34" to 48" and the rack folds flat against the vehicle and tilts down 30° so you can access your hatch easier. The rack will fit both 1.25" and 2" hitches with an adaptor sleeve and anti-wobble bolt.
Note: This rack will not work with fender equipped bikes.
